The Vat and Fiddle

Richard Bowtell, Head of the Sir Peter Mansfield Imaging Centre, will be talking about his research into improving non-invasive techniques for measuring brain function. He will focus on cutting-edge techniques currently under development at the centre– specifically a wearable, 3D-printed MEG system designed to measure tiny magnetic fields produced by electric currents in the brain using small optical detectors.
